This is a challenging and rewarding role that involves working with insurance companies to assess vehicle damage and ensure they are returned to their pre-accident condition.
As an Insurance Loss Adjustor, you will be responsible for:
- Conducting thorough assessments of vehicle damage
- Preparing accurate and detailed reports of the damage found
- Communicating with customers and insurance providers to provide updates on the repair process
- Managing parts and labour costs to ensure repairs are completed efficiently and effectively
You will need to have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and customer service skills. Experience in estimating/quotations in the automotive smash repair industry is highly desirable, while AudaNet experience is also beneficial.
