Commercial Property Coordinator Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial Property Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our Property Team, you will play a vital role in supporting the Head of Property Development and contributing to the success of our organisation.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in providing high-level administrative support, with a proven ability to prioritise competing deadlines and remain calm under pressure. You will also possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to balance how and when to deal with issues and prioritise tasks effectively.

Key responsibilities will include:

- Coordinating bid submissions and procurement activities
- Providing administrative support to the Head of Property Development
- Managing property website content and marketing activities
- Assisting with lease preparation and execution
- Maintaining accurate schedules and records
