Pipeline Compliance Specialist

The ideal candidate will possess a high degree of autonomy, with the ability to navigate complex software systems, drive initiatives across various operating divisions, and provide exceptional day-to-day support to senior leaders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the corporate team, including changes to work conditions, advising on parental leave, and drafting show cause letters.
  • Guide leaders in setting objectives, conducting mid-year check-ins, and completing end-of-year reviews using Oracle HCM.
  • Play a key role in the companywide Employee Engagement Survey project, from communications to presenting actionable insights to senior leaders.
Requirements:
  • Experience in a similar pipeline compliance/HR role for a large complex environment.
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong technical abilities with a strong ability to navigate software and systems such as Oracle HCM or SAP.
  • A high level of confidentiality and attention to detail.
