Job Title: ICT Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and skilled ICT Support Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for providing expert technical support to students and staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure.

  • Provide timely and effective resolution to computing problems, identifying and troubleshooting issues to minimize downtime.
  • SUPPORTING software and applications, telecommunications and data services for the school, ensuring seamless integration and compatibility.
  • Maintain and improve our ICT infrastructure, equipment and facilities, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of the school community.
  • Manage user accounts within various online learning platforms, ensuring secure access and compliance with school policies.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proficiency in Google Suite, Apple Mac and iOS, Microsoft Canvas, Jamf, and other key end-user systems.
  • The ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal relationship and communication skills, with a strong focus on customer service.
  • A passion for staying up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends, applying your knowledge to drive innovation and improvement.
