
Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Associate to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to showcase and support cutting-edge technology, delivering exceptional service to customers.
This hybrid technical and administrative position is perfect for individuals with a background in Geospatial and Engineering Technology, who are passionate about drones and/or LiDAR technology. Relevant fields of study include Geomatics, Land Surveying, Civil Engineering, Mechatronics, Remote Sensing, or Geography.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality technical support and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Efficiently resolve incidents and issues.
- Oversee hardware returns, keeping customers informed at every step.
- Manage hardware replacements and coordinate equipment loans.
- Develop and maintain both internal and customer-facing technical documentation.
- Gather and present customer feedback to drive product enhancements.
- Perform administrative tasks and record all technical support activities meticulously.
- Foster lasting relationships with customers, promoting retention and expansion.
Requirements:
- Excellent customer service skills, with advanced proficiency in written and oral communication.
- Flexibility to work irregular hours, including early mornings or late evenings, to accommodate time zones.
- Familiarity with CRM systems such as HubSpot, Jira, or Zendesk.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills, with attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment that values continuous improvement.
