Revenue Growth Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Revenue Manager to excel in our dynamic environment.

This is a unique opportunity to work across multiple properties and make a significant impact on revenue growth through optimal pricing strategies, effective rate management, and inventory optimization techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement data-driven revenue management systems to maximize revenues and achieve business goals.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to set rates, manage inventory, and optimize sales channels.
  • Present business opportunities and maximize revenue through various marketing channels and platforms.
  • Develop strategic sales and distribution plans to drive revenue growth.
  • Analyze market trends, anticipate demand, and identify opportunities for expansion.
  • Conduct research and analysis of product, price, occupancy, RGI, and report actual versus performance using advanced tools.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of revenue management principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in GDS and property management systems.
  • Confidence in communicating and presenting data insights.
  • Demonstrated interpersonal skills to build business relationships (internal & external).
  • Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality environment is desired.
