Senior Hotel Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Hotel Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of the hotel management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and performance of the hotel.

Your primary focus will be on ensuring smooth running and exceptional guest service across all areas of the hotel. This includes managing rosters, approving timesheets, and maintaining cost-effectiveness while maximizing revenue growth.

To succeed in this role, you will need strong leadership skills, a proven track record in senior hotel management, and a sound understanding of full-service hotels. Commercial acumen and the ability to drive revenue and profit growth are essential.

You will also be responsible for conferences and events, working closely with the C&E team to maximize revenue and develop effective selling strategies. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, are crucial in this role. Proficiency in PMS and POS systems such as Protel and Micros is desirable.

  • Current RSA and "Provide First Aid" Certification or willingness to obtain
