Hotel Management Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced hotel management professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, commercial acumen, and a passion for the hospitality industry.

The selected individual will be responsible for overseeing daily hotel operations, participating in revenue meetings, and ensuring food safety standards are maintained. They will also support the Kitchen and F&B teams in delivering quality and safety standards, as well as managing conferences and events to maximize revenue and selling strategies.

About the Role

  • Minimum 2+ years of senior hotel management experience
  • Sound understanding of full service hotels, including Rooms, F&B, and C&E departments
  • Commercially savvy with ability to drive revenue and profit growth
  • Possess strong leadership skills and a passion for the hospitality industry
  • Effective communication skills and proficiency in PMS and POS systems
  • Current RSA and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain
