Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Hotel Manager to lead our team and drive business success.

  • Lead the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring smooth running and exceptional customer service.

  • Collaborate with the kitchen and food and beverage teams to maintain high standards of quality and safety.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork and open communication.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
  • Daily Operations Management: Oversee the smooth operation of the hotel, ensuring exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
  • Revenue Growth: Develop and implement effective strategies to increase revenue and profitability across all departments.
  • Team Leadership: Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork and open communication among staff members.
  • Compliance: Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
About You
  • Possess strong leadership skills and experience in senior hotel management roles.
  • Have a sound understanding of full-service hotels, including rooms, food and beverage, and conference and events.
  • Be commercially savvy, driving revenue and profit growth across all departments.
  • Bring an engaged and initiative-taking attitude, with the ability to influence outcomes.
  • Effective communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Proficiency in PMS and POS systems (desirable).
  • Current RSA and first aid certification or willingness to obtain.
  • Unrestricted full-time work rights in Australia.
