Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Revenue Management Expert to develop and implement revenue optimisation strategies to maximise profitability.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for analysing market trends, competitor pricing, and demand patterns to inform pricing decisions. You will also create and maintain revenue forecasts and budgets, collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to align revenue strategies, generate regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and revenue metrics, identify opportunities for revenue growth and recommend actionable insights, monitor and analyse the effectiveness of revenue management strategies, utilise revenue management systems to optimise pricing and inventory, and conduct post-event analysis to evaluate the success of revenue strategies.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in revenue management, preferably in a large hotel or similar environment.
  • Previous experience working in a front office and/or reservations would be highly regarded.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, data analytics, or a related field.
  • Strong financial acumen with the ability to recommend budgeting strategies for revenue maximisation.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel.
  • Experience with Opera, TARS, EZ RMS & Accor systems (preferred).
  • Knowledge of GDS, revenue management systems & distribution systems.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to present findings to various stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated experience in financial reporting and budgeting.
  • Knowledge of market trends and competitive analysis techniques.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
