We are seeking a seasoned Hotel Operations Manager to join our team. As an Executive Assistant Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the General Manager in all aspects of hotel operations. Our hotel boasts 147 rooms and suites, an award-winning wedding venue, and 6 unique conference spaces, making it an ideal opportunity to showcase your skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional guest service.
  • PARTICIPATE IN revenue meetings to drive strategic growth.
  • Maintain Food Safety standards through effective kitchen and F&B team management.
  • Foster revenue growth and innovation within Conferences & Events.
  • Optimize rosters and timesheets while upholding cost-effectiveness.

About You:
  • Demonstrate strong leadership skills and senior hotel management experience.
  • Exhibit a sound understanding of full-service hotels, including Rooms, F&B, and C&E.
  • Demonstrate commercial acumen with a focus on revenue and profit growth.
  • Show a passion for the industry and a hands-on leadership approach.
  • Display an engaged attitude with the ability to influence outcomes.
  • Excel in communication and proficiency in PMS/POS systems.
  • Hold current RSA and First Aid Certification or be willing to obtain.
