Job Summary

This role is responsible for overseeing the management of staff accommodation properties and office facilities.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of property management principles and be able to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise maintenance and upkeep of staff accommodation properties.
  • Manage the maintenance of office facilities on behalf of CES.
  • Coordinate office furniture purchases and installations.
  • Assist with implementing and maintaining the property management system.
  • Ensure all work undertaken complies with relevant legislation and organisational guidelines.
Requirements:
  • Hold a current Working With Children Blue Card or be eligible to apply.
  • Hold a current driver's licence.
  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to promoting child safety at all times.
  • Possess tertiary qualifications at Certificate level or equivalent qualifications relevant to the position.
  • Have experience in a similar property or facilities management role.
  • Familiar with Residential Tenancy Agreements.
  • Intermediate computer skills, including Excel.
