Staff Accommodations Manager

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to manage a diverse portfolio of staff accommodations across various locations.

  • Manage the maintenance and upkeep of staff housing properties, including coordination with contractors and suppliers.
  • Oversee office facilities management, ensuring they are well-maintained and meet organizational standards.
  • Coordinate periodic property inspections, traveling to remote locations as needed.
  • Assist with implementing and maintaining a property management system.
  • Perform administrative duties and provide support to the Building and Planning team.
Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Coordinating maintenance and repairs of staff accommodations and office facilities.
  2. Managing the budget for maintenance and repairs.
  3. Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and organizational guidelines.
  4. Providing excellent customer service to staff members and stakeholders.
  5. Working collaboratively with other teams to achieve organizational goals.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong understanding of property management principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Intermediate computer skills, including Excel.
  • A driver's license and willingness to travel for property inspections.
