Job Responsibilities
This role works closely with the Human Resources Manager to deliver key people processes, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations. The HR Coordinator will provide first-point-of-contact HR business support to hotel teams as needed, collaborating with both Crowne Plaza Sydney Coogee Beach and Holiday Inn Sydney Potts Point.
Requirements
- Excellent presentation and communication skills (written and verbal)
- High level of competency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Ability to quickly learn new systems
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or Hospitality Management, or equivalent combination of qualifications and experience
- Previous HR administration experience is highly regarded
- Strong time management, efficiency, and ability to adapt and prioritise work under pressure
- Demonstrated experience dealing with confidentiality and data privacy
