Job Responsibilities

This role works closely with the Human Resources Manager to deliver key people processes, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations. The HR Coordinator will provide first-point-of-contact HR business support to hotel teams as needed, collaborating with both Crowne Plaza Sydney Coogee Beach and Holiday Inn Sydney Potts Point.

Requirements

  • Excellent presentation and communication skills (written and verbal)
  • High level of competency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Ability to quickly learn new systems
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or Hospitality Management, or equivalent combination of qualifications and experience
  • Previous HR administration experience is highly regarded
  • Strong time management, efficiency, and ability to adapt and prioritise work under pressure
  • Demonstrated experience dealing with confidentiality and data privacy
