Front Office Lead

As the Front Office Lead, your responsibility is to craft unforgettable experiences throughout the guest journey, from check-in to check-out. Your leadership will inspire and guide your Front Office team, ensuring the hotel operates seamlessly. Your unique combination of enthusiasm and creativity will transform each day at the hotel into an engaging spectacle that never fails to leave guests in awe.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the front office's day-to-day operations with expertise
  • Nurture growth and skill-building in a supportive atmosphere
  • Collaborate with guests to find solutions for any challenges
  • Contribute to roster planning and preparation

Requirements:

  • A background in Hotel Operations, ideal for someone eager to take the next stride towards a leadership position
  • Knowledge of Sihot PMS is advantageous but not essential
  • Ability to multitask and thrive under pressure, fueled by epic organizational and time management skills
  • Masterful in the art of communication, both written and spoken
  • Capable of embracing a flexible rotating schedule
