Operations Manager

At Visy, we are committed to delivering exceptional results together. We're looking for a seasoned operations professional who can drive site accountability and autonomy. The Opportunity

This autonomous role will be accountable for the leadership and management of all aspects of operations, including, safety, people management, quality, and financials. Reporting to the State Operations Manager, key responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Ensuring safe operations in accordance with policies and procedures
  • Management of site budgets and financial integrity
  • Providing leadership, direction, and development to the team within the facility

The ideal candidate will have relevant qualifications in manufacturing, business, or engineering, prior leadership experience working within a manufacturing environment is preferred. Strong communication and organizational skills, excellent team-building and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS office products, Word, Excel, SharePoint. Ability to understand and read P&L reports and balance sheets.
