Industrial Site Manager

Our organization is seeking an experienced leader to manage site operations in a state-of-the-art warehouse facility.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing safety and environmental compliance, managing employee well-being and site performance, and ensuring quality and compliance with policy and customer requirements.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing all site operations, including operational supply chain management and continuous improvement initiatives
- Facilitating regular communication meetings and improving management products, systems, processes, and practices
- Monitoring ethical practices, standards, and systems, and reinforcing their use
Requirements include 5-10 years of leadership experience in manufacturing, strong commercial acumen, superior communication skills, and adaptability across all levels. A current forklift license and unlimited working rights in Australia are also required.
In return, the successful applicant will receive ongoing work, full training, and product support, as well as a friendly team environment.
