Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Business Partner to join our team in the Northern Region. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR guidance and support to regional and site leaders across NSW, ACT, and QLD.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Partnering with regional and site leaders to build leadership capability and drive people performance
  • Leading day-to-day HR delivery: employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, and recruitment
  • Supporting business transformation, change management, and culture initiatives
  • Caching operational leaders and frontline managers on people management practices

Requirements:

Proven HR experience in manufacturing, logistics or blue-collar industries

Ability to build trust and credibility across varied stakeholder groups

Practical knowledge of employee relations, performance and workforce development

Exposure to EBA processes or unionised environments

Energy, initiative, and a focus on outcomes

Willingness to travel for monthly site visits (single-day trips)
