Job Opportunity

The ideal candidate will be working for a major Australian leader in the production and supply of industrial re-enforcement products used in the mining, tunnels, and civil industries.

This is a hands-on role where you will work with your team to achieve daily Key Performance Indicators by operating various plant and equipment. You will be accountable for all matters that affect the operations and will take clear and decisive action quickly and professionally, in accordance with organizational values and policies.

  • Implement safety and environmental compliance and manage employee well-being and site performance.
  • Manage all site's quality and compliance in accordance with policy and customer requirements.
  • Manage the operational supply chain to meet customer expectations.
  • Practice Continuous Improvement and Operational Excellence to maintain and improve standards, ensuring profitability and meeting customer demand.

Your skills and experience should include:

  • A strong manufacturing background with experience in the Civil and Mining industries.
  • 5-10 years in a leadership position.
  • Experienced commercial acumen and negotiator.
  • Superior communication skills and adaptable leader across all levels.
