We are seeking a field operations leader to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to lead on-site operations and contribute significantly to the success of important projects.

Job Description:

  • Lead on-site operations, managing construction challenges, changes, and design limitations.
  • Direct and oversee subcontractors, maintaining precision across multiple work sites.
  • Report delays promptly, providing directives to navigate challenges effectively.
  • Update the Infrastructure Manager on progress, conducting thorough reviews of subcontractors' reports.
  • Inspect site works, ensuring quality, constructability, and safety standards are met.
  • Educate and supervise workers on health and safety protocols.
  • Audit quality and conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
  • Manage High-Risk Activity Permits, ensuring safe and compliant performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in leadership roles within rail, construction, or telecommunications.
  • Familiarity with rail environments, HSE/site procedures, and specifications.
  • Strong communication, documentation, and managerial skills.
  • Supervised Worker/Protection Officer accreditation and a valid WA Driver's License.
