The Field Operations Coordinator plays a pivotal role in delivering construction, maintenance and customer service work on electrical and energy-related networks. This involves providing direct operational assistance and support to local management.
- Organising daily resource allocations and local project planning.
- Controlling and directing work site tasks with a strong focus on safety.
The ideal candidate is an experienced leader in energy distribution, skilled in supervising site activities and coordinating teams across construction, maintenance, and customer service.
Key Qualifications- Certificate IV of Leadership and Management or demonstrated capability through past employment experience and/or relevant qualifications.
- Certificate III in ESI - Power Systems or Electrotechnology Trade.
- WorkCover NSW Construction Induction Certificate.
- Valid Driver Licence.
