Job Opportunity: Building and Pest Inspection Specialist
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough building and pest inspections to identify potential hazards, ensuring the structural integrity and safety of properties.
- Produce detailed inspection reports with clear, actionable recommendations for safeguarding buildings.
- Demonstrated expertise in conducting building and/or pest inspections, with a strong focus on identifying compliance issues.
- Must hold or be eligible for a QLD Builder's Licence or Registered Building Inspectors Course, with knowledge of local compliance standards.
- Certified in Timber Pest Management (CPPUPM3008 & CPPUPM3010).
- Excellent attention to detail with strong report writing capabilities.
- Physically capable of inspecting subfloors, roof cavities, and external roofing areas.
- Holds a current police clearance and valid driver's licence.
This is an excellent opportunity for experienced building and/or pest inspectors looking for a challenging role.
