A leading provider of building and pest inspection services is expanding into the Townsville region. As a qualified Building & Pest Inspector, you will play a key role in ensuring property safety and compliance during real estate transactions, renovations, and maintenance.

Job Description:

As a subcontractor, you will conduct rapid building inspections, identify defects, safety hazards, and pest-related risks. Your comprehensive and accurate reports will give customers confidence and peace of mind.

  • Inspect subfloors, roof spaces, external roofs, and property structures.
  • Deliver high-quality reports with clear recommendations.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A current QLD Builder's Licence.
  • Completion of the Registered Building Inspectors Course.
  • Valid police check, driver's licence, reliable vehicle, and ABN.
