Job Title

We are seeking an experienced Support Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service and work collaboratively with the team to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with customers on analysis services and test results, as well as internal transactions relating to customers.
  • Identify customers' analytical needs and recommend testing requirements.
  • Evaluate all reasonable steps to ensure accuracy, reliability, and repeatability of test results.
  • Advise customers on appropriate testing suites based on current legislation and industry practice.
  • Organize relevant testing and coordinate with internal labs.
  • Follow up sample status and reporting.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in science or a related field, with experience in customer-facing service provision.
  • Demonstrated experience in customer relationship management, with the ability to develop and promote tailored solutions to customer needs.
  • Technical understanding of water industry analytical services and ability to confidently communicate and sell these services to existing and potential customers.
  • Demonstrated experience in Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Tools.
  • Current C-class driver's license.
