Are you a detail-driven, people-focused all-rounder who thrives in a dynamic environment? Scouts SA is on the lookout for an enthusiastic and organised Customer Service and Finance Support Officer to help drive day-to-day functions at our Head Office with a focus on the Scout Recycling Centre (SRC) operations. If you enjoy delivering excellent service, have a sharp eye for detail, and enjoy a variety of tasks across finance and administration, this could be the role for you.

**About the role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Serve as a primary point of contact for SRC customers and depot staff.
- Respond to customer enquiries and assist with onboarding new customers.
- Accurately input purchases and sales data
- Reconcile sales, create invoices, and follow up outstanding payments.
- Work within month-end timeframes.
- Support managers with administrative tasks and daily operations.
- Ordering depot supplies

- Experience in customer service and administration or finance-related duties
- A collaborative team player who can also work independently
- Tech-savvy and confident with digital tools and accounting systems
- Commitment to safe practices and alignment with Scouts SA values

**Qualifications and Checks**
- Certificate III in Business (desirable)
- National Police Check and Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain them)
