  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and develop marine and content marketing plans to meet business objectives
  • Manage the marine retail marketing program to drive sales growth
  • Collaborate with the website team to deliver an exceptional customer experience across the marine business
  • Develop processes to assess and report on performance, identifying gaps and providing strategies to address them
  • Lead the planning and creation of engaging, performance-driven content across marine, motorcycle, and power equipment businesses, working with agencies, influencers, ambassadors, and content creators, as well as internal teams, to support the entire customer journey from awareness to ownership
  • Track and analyze content performance to inform future strategies
