Job Description

As a seasoned sales and marketing professional, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to drive enrolment growth. This role requires a strong understanding of the Australian vocational education and training industry and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Collaborate with education agents and partners to promote our courses and programs.
  • Design, execute, and evaluate marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms.
  • Maintain and update our website and social media channels to reflect current offerings and initiatives.
  • Represent us at events, expos, and other promotional activities.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance and marketing campaign effectiveness.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will possess:

  • Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the education sector.
  • Strong understanding of the Australian vocational education and training industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including SEO, SEM, and social media advertising.
  • Analytical skills to assess campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred but not essential).
