The Role

We're seeking an experienced GRC Systems Administrator to join our team in Melbourne. As an important member of our Risk team, you'll play a pivotal role in developing, maintaining, managing the Archer system, and ensuring it meets our business requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administering the day-to-day activities of the Archer system in development, test, and production environments
  • Configuring the system as required to ensure its fit for purpose and troubleshooting issues arising from users
  • Developing system documentation and providing Level 1 and 2 support and training to users
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A strong technical understanding of Archer, including obligations, risk, incidents, controls, etc.
  • Demonstrated experience in translating technical concepts and terminology to business users
