The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Boutique Manager to lead our new boutique in Perth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Excellence

  • Develop and implement operational strategies to drive efficiency and productivity
  • Manage inventory, expenses, and personnel matters
  • Ensure seamless set up and set down processes

Sales and Service Leadership

  • Lead a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets
  • Conduct regular training and coaching sessions to enhance sales skills
  • Maintain the highest standards of customer service

People Management
