The Role

We are seeking a Senior Sales Associate to join our team at our new Longines boutique in Perth. As a Senior Sales Associate, you will be responsible for supporting the management team to ensure smooth operations and maintaining high standards and policies. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the management team to achieve sales goals and provide impeccable customer service
  • Building client relationships and growing the boutique's client list
  • Ensuring the highest level of customer service is upheld at all times
  • Opening and closing the boutique unsupervised when required
  • Setting up and setting down the boutique in compliance with company policy and presentation
  • Daily security stock counts
  • Daily merchandising, including setting up, stock rotation, and new display concepts
  • Ensuring the boutique operates smoothly in the absence of the Boutique and Assistant Boutique Manager
  • Attending regular training and developing your knowledge base
  • Demonstrating complete knowledge of all product lines, including stock availabilities, delays, back orders, and discontinued products

Requirements

  • Demonstrated retail experience, preferably in the luxury industry
  • Exposure to supervision experience is preferred
  • Highly developed and proven customer service skills
  • Computer literacy skills
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Team player
  • Energy, drive, and enthusiasm
  • Impeccable grooming and presentation
