Payroll Specialist Consultant Role

This role involves leading and implementing payroll solutions to deliver end-to-end projects across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure and implement payroll solutions
  • Deliver transformation projects for clients
  • Facilitate workshops and gather complex requirements
  • Maintain compliance with legislation, including STP and superannuation
  • Provide ongoing support to clients
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of hands-on payroll configuration experience
  • Strong understanding of payroll rules, schemas, and legislative compliance
  • Proven track record delivering medium to large scale payroll projects
  • Certification in Employee Central Payroll (desirable)
  • Experience in configuring Time Evaluation and Current Employment (desirable)
  • Ability to lead solution design and run client workshops
