Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • 3+ years' experience in payroll administration and operations, ideally in a multi-country or high-volume environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Australian payroll legislation (Awards, superannuation, PAYG).
  • Exceptional attention to detail with confidence handling employee data and complex calculations.
  • A process-oriented mindset with a track record of driving improvements.
  • Resilience in fast-moving, ambiguous environments – able to create clarity and structure.
  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management.
