We're seeking an experienced SAP ECP Payroll Specialist Functional Consultant to lead and configure SAP ECP and/or ECC Payroll solutions. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of hands-on SAP ECP and/or ECC Payroll configuration experience, a strong understanding of payroll rules, schemas, and legislative compliance.


Key Responsibilities
  • Configure SAP ECP and/or ECC Payroll solutions to meet client needs
  • Deliver end-to-end implementation projects across varied industries
  • Facilitate payroll design workshops and gather complex requirements
  • Ensure compliance with Australian payroll legislation including STP and superannuation
  • Provide ongoing post-go-live support to clients
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5+ years of hands-on SAP ECP and/or ECC Payroll configuration experience
  • Strong understanding of payroll rules, schemas, and legislative compliance
  • Proven track record delivering medium to large scale payroll projects
  • Certification in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (desirable)
  • Experience in configuring Time Evaluation and Current Employment (desirable)
