The Role

We are seeking a skilled Duty Manager to join our team of service ambassadors in the Front Office department.

You will be responsible for leading daily operations, supervising staff, and escalating emergency situations when necessary.

Able to handle client queries and complaints professionally while constructively acting on feedback.

Our ideal candidate has experience as a Duty Manager in a high volume hotel operation and is proficient with OPERA property management system.

Demonstrated leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and strong problem-solving skills are essential for this role.

We offer a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks requiring efficient management. Availability to work on a rotating roster, including overnight shifts, is required.

Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience as a Duty Manager in a high volume hotel operation
  • Experience working with OPERA property management system
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work efficiently under pressure
  • A proactive attitude and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Unrestricted, valid Australian working rights
