We are seeking a motivated and reliable Duty Manager to take on a key role within our organisation. The successful applicant will be responsible for coordinating day-to-day operations of the facility with a focus on safety and high-quality service delivery.
About the Role
- Coordinate daily operations of the facility to ensure seamless delivery of services
- Develop and implement strategies to promote a safe working environment
- Lead and motivate colleagues to achieve excellence in customer service
- Communicate effectively with staff and patrons to build strong relationships
Key Requirements
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve organisational goals
- Current First Aid (Level 2) and Current CPR Certificate required
- National Police Check and Working with Children Check also required
- Possession of a Pool Lifeguard Certificate or willingness to obtain
