Our team is seeking a seasoned leader to take charge of our Front Office operations. This dynamic individual will be responsible for overseeing the smooth execution of check-ins, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and fostering a positive work environment.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess strong leadership and communication skills, with a passion for delivering outstanding service. A minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is required.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Front Office team to deliver seamless guest experiences
  • Mentor and develop team members to drive performance and create a positive work environment
  • Collaborate with various departments to maintain high service standards and guest satisfaction
  • Manage daily operations, including financial transactions, staffing needs, and guest relations
  • Handle guest complaints with professionalism and ensure continuous improvement in service quality

Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a hotel or hospitality environment
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with a passion for guest services
  • Flexibility to work night, weekend, and holiday shifts
  • Valid RSA Competency card, First Aid Qualifications, and Drivers Licence
  • Ability to inspire and engage your team, fostering a culture of excellence and enthusiasm
