Behavioural Support Specialist

This role is designed to provide support to clients in accordance with their NDIS plan, ensuring they receive the necessary assistance with daily living activities and transportation.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver high-quality support to clients in accordance with their NDIS plans.
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as eating, dressing, bathing, and grooming.
- Provide reliable transportation assistance to clients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of clients' care plans and progress.
- Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and other members of the care team.
Requirements:
- A minimum of a secondary education or equivalent qualification.
- Certificate 3 or 4 in individual support or a willingness to work towards completion.
- Lived experience or paid experience working with people with disabilities.
- The ability to work effectively with diverse clients, understanding their unique support needs based on their abilities, cultural backgrounds, and language requirements.
