This role plays a vital part in supporting NDIS participants and their families/carers to identify needs through assessment and person-centred planning.

  • Evaluate, develop, and deliver support plans within complex environments
  • Develop meaningful goals and practical strategies using positive behaviour support frameworks
  • Build the knowledge, capacity, and strengths of those who support participants in their lives - family, carers, friends, etc.

The ideal candidate will have current suitability confirmed by the NDIS Quality and Safeguard Commission, hold a degree-level qualification as an allied health professional, and experience working with challenging behaviours.

Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting NDIS participants and their families/carers to identify needs through assessment and person-centred planning
  • Evaluating, developing, and delivering support plans within complex environments
  • Developing meaningful goals and practical strategies utilising positive behaviour support frameworks
  • Building the knowledge, capacity, and strengths of those who support participants in their lives
