Support Worker - Positive Behaviour Specialist

About the Role:

As a Support Worker - Positive Behaviour Specialist, you will play a vital role in creating supportive environments that promote the growth and development of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct thorough needs assessments and develop person-centred plans to support individuals with complex support needs.
  2. Deliver support plans within various settings, including home, community, and schools.
  3. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement strategies based on positive behaviour support principles.
  4. Align individual plans with participants' goals, passions, and strengths.
Requirements:
  • Current suitability at Proficient or Advanced level with documentary evidence.
  • Extensive experience supporting individuals with behaviours of concern.
  • Excellent report writing and communication skills.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
