Reservations Management

We are seeking a skilled Reservations Manager to join our team in Melbourne Carlton.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in establishing operational foundations and ways of working for the Reservations Function.

Key responsibilities include providing exceptional customer experiences by handling reservation inquiries and bookings, establishing ways of working for the Reservations Function, overseeing all aspects of reservations across various segments, ensuring accuracy, policy compliance, and optimal revenue performance.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Establish operational frameworks for the Reservations Function
  • Manage reservations across multiple channels
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences

What we need from you:

  • Previous experience in Hotel Reservations at Manager capacity or minimum 1 year at Supervisor level
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to adapt to work with various systems
  • Fluent in professional English, both spoken and written
  • High standard of communication etiquette
  • A passionate team player, able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritise workloads
