About this role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Woolworths Group. As a key member of our Supply Chain function, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our DC network.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage the inbound flow of international articles into the DC network.
  • Collaborate with the Supply Planning Team, Primary Connect, and 3PLs to ensure maximum on-shelf availability and efficient use of DC resources.
  • Manage and influence storage levels at DCs and 3PLs to optimize cost and prevent operational issues.
  • Manage stock flow from 3PLs into our DC network.

What you'll need:

  • A positive attitude and a desire to understand the root cause of situations or problems.
  • Intermediate administration skills, including MS Excel skills.
  • Superior relationship management skills to build rapport with peers and stakeholders of all levels.
  • Proven experience in negotiating and dealing with stakeholders to deliver specific outcomes and objectives.
  • Strong detail orientation and ability to make independent decisions and develop creative solutions.
