HammondCare is an innovative health and aged care provider in Australia, dedicated to delivering exceptional home care services. We are seeking compassionate female specialised carers to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong patient focus, with excellent communication skills and the ability to build trusting relationships with clients. Previous experience in aged or community care is desirable, but not essential as full training will be provided.

We offer a competitive salary of $29.56 to $32.45 per hour, plus 99c/km, paid travel time, and a mobile phone. Our permanent part-time roster allows for flexibility and work-life balance, while our secure employment offers stability and predictability.

In this role, you will provide personal care assistance, help with daily activities, and support clients in their homes. Your responsibilities may include:

  • Providing showering and dressing assistance
  • Helping with meal preparation and light house cleaning
  • Accompanying clients to appointments and assisting with shopping
  • Administering medication (as required)

To succeed in this position, you will need:

  • A valid driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A patient and empathetic approach to client care
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team

Desirable qualifications include a Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support, although we can assist with training if needed. Cantonese, Mandarin, Spanish, Greek, Turkish, or Arabic speaking candidates are encouraged to apply.
