Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Aged Care Support Worker to join our team in the Shoalhaven area. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our customers, enabling them to live independently at home for longer.

Your primary responsibility will be to provide domestic assistance, including cleaning, meal preparation, and social support. You will also assist with personal care, transport to lifestyle activities, and respite and emotional support.


Salary & Benefits

As a permanent part-time employee, you can expect a competitive hourly rate between $30.61 and $38.26, plus superannuation. In addition to your salary, you will receive a range of benefits, including paid kilometres, phone allowance, and discounts on groceries, food, clothing, shoes, spa treatments, and more.

You will also have access to extensive paid training and support, career acceleration opportunities, and accelerated learning programs to gain professional qualifications.


Requirements
  • A current P1 class or above Australian Drivers License and a registered vehicle; travel is part of the role.
  • No night or weekend work required.
  • You should be available to work at least 3 days per week, Monday to Friday.
