Job Title: Marketing Operations Manager

We are seeking a seasoned marketing operations professional to join our team. As a Marketing Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in driving strategic campaigns and collaborating across teams.

About the Role:

This hybrid position is based in Melbourne and is responsible for delivering impactful marketing strategies, campaigns, and events. You will work closely with the Marketing Director to develop and execute marketing strategies, including planning and promoting roadshows and trade shows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and execute marketing strategies, including campaign planning and promotion.
  • Create targeted campaigns that resonate with specific customer groups and products.
  • Manage order administration and processing for promotional programs to ensure timely delivery and accuracy.
  • Lead on smaller promotions while assisting with larger-scale campaigns.
  • Oversee social media execution across multiple platforms to enhance our digital presence.
  • Develop and distribute marketing collateral and merchandise.
  • Manage resources effectively to deliver the best results.
  • Collaborate with agencies to produce high-quality marketing materials and campaigns.
  • Ensure marketing operations run smoothly, including managing CRM systems and generating reports.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 5+ years of hands-on marketing experience, with a proven track record of delivering impactful campaigns.
  • Education: A university degree in marketing or a related field.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills to execute campaigns and events seamlessly.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and written communication skills (English) to engage with stakeholders.
  • Expertise in CRM, marketing automation, and reporting tools, plus experience using content management systems.
  • Familiarity with analytics and data-driven decision making.
  • A data-driven mindset with the ability to design and execute engagement programs based on insights.
