About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced marketing professional to join our team. As an Assistant Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth by building and overseeing our marketing team, developing personalised marketing campaigns, and engaging with potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead in the efforts to build and oversee the company's marketing team.
  • Analyse clients to develop tailored marketing strategies and maintain up-to-date client information on CRM systems.
  • Engage with potential clients, create presentations, and support client proposals to drive sales.
  • Prepare and present regular marketing performance reports to senior management.
  • Assess marketing campaign effectiveness using key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and monitor market trends and competitor analysis.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or equivalent field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in social media marketing, content creation, and B2B marketing.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft 365 and CRM systems.
  • Fluency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
