As a seasoned marketing professional, you will have the opportunity to lead and shape the planning, monitoring, and updates of member trade/engagement marketing activities and promotional calendars.


This role reports directly to the Head of Marketing Operations & Partnerships and works closely with cross-functional teams to ensure OnePass has clear plans linked to objectives, resources allocated, and activity ready for effective execution.


Key responsibilities include leading annual and quarterly planning, monthly and weekly member trade activity, performance reporting and analysis, and operational support and leadership.


The ideal candidate will have 7 years' experience in loyalty program or retail trade planning, commercial marketing roles within retail, digital tech, or similar consumer industries.


They should possess proven leadership in managing marketing calendars, campaign planning, and performance analytics aligned to strategic business goals, as well as strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to convert data into actionable insights.


Additional requirements include influencing and driving new initiatives and supporting senior operational roles with understanding budgeting, forecasting, and operational processes.


Required Skills and Qualifications">
