- Overseeing program execution, leveraging internal teams, key stakeholder groups, external suppliers.
- Designing and delivering employer programs grounded in business insights, addressing member needs, market context, and competitive dynamics.
- Leveraging a strategic differentiated CVP/narrative for MLC to position as a leader driving a clear competitive advantage.
- Analyzing audience needs, triggers, pain points within the onboarding experience and building journeys, experiences, and strategies to address these.
- Executing cross-channel campaigns, leveraging paid, owned, and earned media to maximize engagement and retention.
You Will Bring:
- A solid financial services background.
- Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills – ability to communicate complexity in an accessible way.
- A risk mindset – proactively identify, understand, and act on future risks.
- Strong stakeholder engagement, relationship building, and influencing skills.
- Experience in translating business strategy into marketing plans.
- The ability to brief and guide creative professionals, digital teams, writers, designers etc.
