This is a full-time position based in Gardenvale, Victoria.

It is essential that you have:

  • A willingness to learn and a positive, can-do attitude with excellent attention to detail and sound organisational skills
  • A desire to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Strong telephone skills and ability to communicate with various stakeholders
  • Substantial knowledge or practical experience in Wills and Estates
  • Ability to supervise legal work and mentor/train staff, contributing to the development of individuals and their knowledge and skills in Wills and Estates
  • Three+ years PQE

It is preferred that you have:

  • Knowledge or experience with PEXA and the Supreme Court RedCrest Probate system
