We are seeking a motivated and skilled legal professional to fill the role of Senior Lawyer. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing applications, drafting estate planning documents, and providing administrative support.

  • Preparing Applications: Prepare applications for grants of Probate and Letters of Administration for various states and jurisdictions in Australia.
  • Drafting Documents: Draft estate planning documents.
  • Administrative Duties: Perform administrative duties and provide office assistance as required.

Requirements

  1. Strong knowledge or practical experience in Wills and Estates.
  2. Ability to supervise legal work and mentor staff.
  3. Excellent telephone skills and ability to communicate with stakeholders.
  4. A positive attitude and excellent attention to detail.
  5. Substantial years of post-qualification experience (PQE).
