We are seeking an ambitious retail professional to transition into a Retail Portfolio Manager role, leading multiple centres and managing a team of Centre Managers in Melbourne. This role is perfect for experienced Centre Managers ready to expand their influence beyond a single asset.

As a Retail Portfolio Manager, you will oversee up to 8 Centre Managers whilst managing a diverse retail portfolio, combining your operational expertise with strategic leadership responsibilities. You'll leverage your centre management experience across multiple retail assets, mentor and develop Centre Managers, step into budget and business planning at portfolio level, and represent JLL at client meetings.

- Proven Centre Manager experience with strong operational and financial results
- Leadership potential - you've likely mentored junior staff and are ready to lead managers
- Strong client relationship skills developed through day-to-day centre operations
- Practical problem-solving abilities honed through managing real estate challenges
- Financial acumen from preparing centre budgets and managing operational costs
- Market knowledge of Melbourne's retail landscape
- Agent's Representative licence (essential)
